Chainbow also provides its management services to large-scale developments throughout London on behalf of Right to Manage (RTM) companies, Residential Management Companies (RMC) and landlords. Services include:
- A dedicated estate management team
- Responses to emails and phone calls within 48-hours and five working days for letter responses
- Fortnightly inspections of common areas
- AGMs and quarterly meeting attendance
- A 12-month budget each year
- Company Secretarial services, if required.
- Regular communication via e-mail, phone and MyChainbow.com
- Key holding and access arrangement facilities (communal areas only)
- Management of the common parts and service areas of the property, including the arrangement and supervision of maintenance
- Managing contracts entered into by Chainbow on behalf of the development and checking demands for payment of goods, services, plant and equipment
