HR & Consultancy Manager
Shebhani Summan BA(Hons) MIRPM AssocRICS
Shebhani joined Chainbow in 2006 and has worked in various estate management roles before being appointed to her current position as HR and Consultancy Manager.
Shebhani heads Chainbow’s consultancy division, responsible for reviewing service charges and service delivery. Shebhani assists the chairman compile LVT claims and works closely with the client throughout the dispute resolution process. She also is responsible for reviewing the financial health of new and existing assets, provides consultancy to new-build developments, compiles initial service charge budgets and arranges
long-term management strategies.
Shebhani assumes all corporate HR matters, ranging from grievance issues to recruitment, managing employment records and conducting staff appraisals.
Shebhani holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Management, is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM) and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS). Shebhani is based in Chainbow’s satellite office in Leeds.
