Since joining Chainbow in 2007, Niccie Storr has worked in a variety of property management positions within the company and is currently Operational System Manager. She is responsible for ensuring consistency, continuity and benchmarked standards of practice for Chainbow staff.
All estate managers report to Niccie and she ensures the team fulfil Chainbow’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Niccie also oversees the risk assessment, health and safety and insurance claim processes for residential and commercial properties.
In addition, she is the key liaison between suppliers and Chainbow. Niccie is responsible for ensuring all new clients and properties are correctly implemented into the Chainbow fold and there are no information oversights.
Niccie is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM), an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and has a Diploma in Surveying Practice. Previous to Chainbow, Niccie worked as a lettings coordinator for 12 months.
