Gail Lawrence is a senior member of the Chainbow management team, reporting directly to the chairman and responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic direction and growth. Gail joined Chainbow in 2008 and, having held various positions within Chainbow, is currently second in command.
As head of asset management, Gail is chiefly responsible for reviewing the financial health, investment viabilities and development opportunities of a collection of properties. Gail works closely with investors to ensure their asset is performing in line with forecast value and income growth. Gail is central to Chainbow’s PRS services and new build consultancy.
Throughout her property career, Gail has worked across a cross section of positions from sales and lettings through to management. In 2010 she won two national property awards including Young Property Manager of the Year and the IRPM’s best 'Legal Paper' 2010 Award.
Gail holds an Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Certificate I and II, a Diploma in Surveying Practice, is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM).
