Estate Management

  • Create social cohesion between different tenures
  • Ensure health and safety and other legislative requirements are implemented and up-to-date
  • Ensure regular upkeep and maintenance of common areas
  • Ensure tenants adhere to lease clauses
  • Arrange economy-of-scale supplier contracts to prevent overspend and achieve value for money
  • Ensure all onsite staff are friendly, helpful and go the extra distance
