Chainbow helps leaseholders take control of their estate by establishing Right to Manage (RTM) companies
Decisions about how a block is managed and by whom is transferred from a freeholder to leaseholders through the RTM process. Leaseholders become members of the RTM and have more influence over how the service charge fund is spent, what maintenance and repairs should be prioritised and what
suppliers are appointed. The RTM process is prescriptive meaning leaseholders do not have to prove their current managing agent is at fault. Chainbow’s clients have ranged from small residential blocks with three apartments to large scale developments ranging up to 600 homes.
