I can't believe that I have suffered snowy reception for so long and for 3 months County Estates failed...and it took you a day! The solution was basic...it would have been helpful if County Estates had explained that the original aerial was no longer in use! Your responsiveness is much appreciated. I feel much better that Carrara Wharf is now in the hands of very competent people with a "problem solving positive attitude" rather than the "negative response no matter the question" approach we have suffered until now.
