Staff Restructure as Chainbow approaches 100 Developments - May 2010
Strong growth throughout the first quarter of 2010, has seen the number of developments Chainbow manages exceed 100 sites which has facilitated the restructure of teams to cater to the business expansion.
Niccie Storr has been promoted to the newly created role of Operational Systems Manager, Shebhani Hegde also to a new position of Service Charge Auditor and Gail Preston as New Business Manager.
Alex Chapman has been promoted as Property Manager and will take over Niccie’s previous developments while working along side Larisa Chamotienko. Aisha Jehangir and Gail will continue to work together with the prospect of another team member joining them. Shebhani will remain the property manager for developments she currently manages as will Paul Lofthouse.
Mr Southam commented, “Chainbow has had a flying start to the year and since the recent General Election an unprecedented number of new build developments have approached Chainbow. In order to continue delivering good customer service, Chainbow has restructured to improve our operations. In the coming weeks, we are looking to appoint new recruits to help with the increased work load. Transparency, accountability and reporting are always at the forefront of Chainbow’s agenda and we will always strive to improve our service to every leaseholder, director and landlord.”
Chainbow currently manages 100+ developments with more than 4,034 leaseholders within the South East, shopping centres across Eastern Europe and 200 commercial units totalling more than 1,000,000 sq ft (92,903 sq m) throughout the UK.
