Chainbow Scores a Hat Trick of Industry Awards within a Week - May 2010
Within a seven day period, Waterloo-based property management company, Chainbow, collected three property and business awards including Best Managing Agent of an RTM, Best Small Business and a highly commended Best Business for Marketing.
On 12 and 19 May, Chainbow respectively collected the accolades at the Enfranchisement and Right To Manage Awards and South London Business Awards.
The gongs add to the company’s growing collection of managing agent and business awards, totalling nine since the business branched into residential block management in late 2006.
Chairman and Chief Executive, Roger Southam, commented, “Chainbow strives to set the standard for residential property management which is an industry riddled with poor customer service, unfair treatment of homeowners and dishonesty.
