I have lived in a number of developments in Limehouse over the past 20 years or so, and at Basin Approach for almost 12 Months now. I thought I would write to you concerning how well kept and clean the Common areas are. I know this is perhaps unusual for a tenant not to complain, but in this instance wanted to bring it to your attention.
