Right to Manage
Chainbow have successfully taken lease owners through the right to manage process. It is not a route to be embarked on lightly but it does give the lease owners freedom from landlords taking large insurance commission or managing in an unsatisfactory way.
As with all areas of our service Chainbow keep the right to manage process simple and easy. We work with the lease owners and guide and lead them every step of the way. Once you have decided this is the way to go we can organize the forms and create the right to manage company, serve requisite notices, coordinate the hand over of the management and then start on managing your property to enhance your values.
We charge £75 plus VAT per apartment with a minimum charge of £750 plus VAT per building. Disbursements are an additional cost which is usually less than £10 per apartment. Chainbow’s RTM fee incorporates every step of the process, from the first call to securing an RTM company but excludes handling of Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT) appeals.
