Site Maintenance Inspection
Chainbow can undertake maintenance work and duties using it’s own in-house maintenance service. This ensures that work is done in a timely manner and to a high standard All work is guaranteed by Chainbow. Works carried out are on the common parts of developments we manage only – we do not undertake any private works for residents or leaseholders.
General maintenance duties include:
- Undertaking handypersons duties as directed by the Property Managers, which could include painting and decorating (non-contractual works), broad spectrum of joinery/maintenance, such as hanging doors, repairing break-in damage to doors, building roof access stairs, fixing down-pipes, changing locks, erecting cycle racks, etc.
- Cleaning and testing light fittings, systems and small appliances.
- Arranging the removal foreign matter and debris so the grounds and communal areas are litter free.
Charges are £50 + VAT per hour (no mark-up on materials or charges for travel time). A comparison of rates can be downloaded here (pdf)
