"When told of the news that another new management company had been appointed I, along with many residents, was resigned to another round of contemptuous and incompetent service. I noted the announcements hailing the new management company and simply ignored them as de-facto rhetoric.
Well, how wrong can one get? Chainbow, a relative unknown, has proven the sceptics completely wrong. They are doing what we expect of any good management company. It is, however, shocking that we have all been forced in the past to accept sub-standard service as the norm.
It's so weird that there is not a bad word said of Chainbow to date. They have inherited a nightmare scenario and in a few months have won hearts and minds, and seemingly have matters firmly in hand. Of course, the true test is to see how long this dream will last. I, for one, have no concerns as they appear to be on course for an historic first term. Their mark will be made when they achieve our desire to enhance and increase our investment values. Usually, I would cover myself and say the jury is out. But in the case of Chainbow, it is a matter of when and not if.
It would be churlish of me to cite all the specific examples of good management by Chainbow in this context, safe to say that all expectations have so far been exceeded by them.
