- Remortgage Notice of Charge (including service charge & insurance information) £95.00 + VAT
- Remortgage Notice of Charge (receipting only) £50.00 + VAT
- Consent to Underlet £75 + VAT

Site Services & Contractors
In some instances Chainbow receive an administration fee from suppliers for the processing of information and queries. In any instance on any site the directors will be alerted in the tender process if the preferred supplier is in this category. Our promise is we will not take an administration fee unless you have been notified.
