At Chainbow we pride ourselves on customer service but we know that we cannot please all the people all the time.
Now short of introducing a naughty corner for people who want to shout and be rude, Chainbow is not here to be abused.
It is not acceptable for anyone to be bullied or treated badly. We all have bad days or get frustrated and we are here to help. However, please do not expect a response from us if you wish to abuse or shout at my team.
We appreciate that sometimes issues arise that may disrupt your lifestyle – please be aware that we will do everything in our power to correct these as soon as possible.
